Since 1988, the studio has had a team of architects, engineers, and sustainability consultants with expertise in sustainable construction, bioclimatic architecture, energy efficiency, renewable energy, energy certification, and post-occupancy evaluation.
The long activity since 1988 has allowed, over the past 35 years, the development of a range of projects, including health, education, and sports facilities, as well as service spaces such as offices, industrial units, and housing—covering both rehabilitation and renovation, as well as the construction of new buildings, including single-family and multi-family residences. Commercial projects have also been undertaken, including shopping centers, stores, restaurants, markets, as well as tourism-related ventures such as hotels, eco-resorts, the rehabilitation of palaces and classified buildings, and golf courses.
