The project has the concept of a "controlled burst at the sea access" based on an architectural element that supports it, representing a transformation in the border space between the terrestrial and aquatic environments. The solution addresses present and future needs, translating the undulating forms of the water element into a "box" that will accommodate human activities on land. We also aim to accentuate the sensation of proximity to the river, while the marina integrates the waterfront and a set of landscape contemplation spots within its "interior," emphasizing the explosion of freedom that contact with the sea provides.
